Sci-Fleet Motors has been operating in the motor industry for over 40 years and has grown to encompass 3 Toyota dealerships, 5 Lexus dealerships and 3 Hino dealerships in S.E. QLD. We are Australia’s largest selling Toyota dealer and we like to pride ourselves as a specialist dealer.
We are looking for eager and motivated candidates who want to learn new skills and utilise on the job training to work toward obtaining a permanent position as one of our Pre-Delivery TA’s at Sci-Fleet Toyota Brendale.

About the position
Do you have an interest in cars and car accessories? Learn your new role with on-the-job training from high quality Technicians to progressively develop your skillset and contribute to your own future career development within the business.
The majority of your training will come from on the job training with the assistance of your specifically trained workplace mentor. At Sci-Fleet, we focus strongly on your development, and it doesn’t stop once you have finished your training period.
This position has evolved and we are looking for intelligent, technically minded people who have a passion and motivation to continually learn as technology changes.
As a PD Fitter, you will have the opportunity to problem solve and use the latest technology whilst working as part of a team.
You will be kept up to date with current bulletins on service and warranty, while being responsible for accessory fitting for vehicles of all shapes and sizes.

You are not locked into a formal training contract – you will receive all of your training from our existing highly qualified TA’s.
Your training period will only take between 3 – 6 months depending on competency, so you’ll be one of our qualified TA’s before you know it.
What do we need from you?
We are looking for anyone who has a keen interest in the automotive industry, as well as a willingness to learn a new skillset.
This position is available for anyone and does not have a minimum requirement for experience or qualification. We are looking for all candidates, from school leavers looking for something to learn – to mature aged applicants who perhaps wish for a change of scenery with their work life and to learn some different skills in a new industry.
